Renting made easy! Here’s how you can rent your new home:

• Browse our site for properties that are available
• Email or Call the Leasing Agent on the Property Information to schedule a viewing of properties you are interested in
• Fill out an application online (located in the Property Information) & pay the application fee of $50* per person renting (*subject to change)
• Once approved you’ll sign a lease, pay a security deposit and pay for your first month’s rent
